Four Indonesians have been arrested in connection with the smuggling of dozens of Rohingya refugees whose boat capsized in waters off the archipelago's westernmost coast last month, police said Tuesday.
"We have detained the main suspect 'HS' who organized the smuggling and had received the order from someone nicknamed 'Ustad' who, based on our preliminary findings, is based in Malaysia," said investigator Fachmi Suciandy. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
