Description
With a very high flow and a river several dozen metres wider, the Armancon in the department of Yonne, in central France, is slowly receding after an eventful night and morning, particularly in the town of Lezinnes, where several residents were forced to evacuate. Vigilance remains the order of the day for towns downstream, such as Tonnerre, where the flood is expected to peak in the early evening. IMAGES
