Description
"We are guilty in this genocide and that's why it's necessary that we know about it and learn about it". Abylou Taiclet-Andre, a final year secondary school student at Lycee Jean Jaures in Reims, in northern France, has just spent an hour listening to Alain and Dafroza Gauthier talk about their life's struggle: tracking down the perpetrators of the Tutsi genocide in Rwanda, which took place 30 years ago and killed more than 800,000 people in just a hundred days. In his family alone, Dafroza has lost "between 70 and 80 people". IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
