Description
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his Finnish counterpart Alexander Stubb deliver a joint press conference as the two countries sign a long-term agreement on security cooperation. Speaking in Kyiv, Stubb says "the 23rd package (of aid) is 188-million euros" which includes "air defence and heavy ammunition".
