Description
Locals remove debris in front of their homes following heavy rains causing floods that swept away cars leaving them stranded in the middle of muddy roads in Quito. One person died due to the flood, in the same place where two years ago a creek overflowed, taking the lives of 28 people, according to Mayor Pabel Muñoz. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
