Description
From his adolescent sketches to the portrait of Rose in Titanic, via the character studies for Terminator and Avatar, an exhibition at the Cinémathèque française in Paris presents the work of James Cameron through his founding passion for drawing, an "art in the process of being lost" that has never left him. The American director, who is preparing the third instalment of Avatar, says that generative AIs can be "interesting" for what they say about human conscience, but believes that they will perhaps make it possible to revalorise physical human art.
