After nearly six months of war in the Gaza Strip the education system in the enclave is on it's knees forcing Palestinians to set up classrooms in tents or undertake home schooling in the southern city of Rafah. Thousands of children are out of school as nearly "seventy percent of public schools have been destroyed or are out of service" says a representative of the Education ministry in Rafah but UNICEF fears the impact on the "psychological dimension of the child" is a much greater challenge than rebuilding the infrastructure.
