To mark 120 years of Franco-British relations, The National Archives in London display documents profiling the importance of the Entente Cordiale. The Entente Cordiale refers to the bilateral agreements signed on April 8, 1904 by the two countries separated by the English Channel, to settle colonial disputes. They include the Entente Cordiale agreements, the Declaration of Union and the Channel tunnel, among others. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
