French Prosecutor Eric Vaillant announces the man suspected of being the "scooter rapist" has admitted to one count of rape, which was linked to his DNA. The 22-year-old man and former e-scooter salesman is accused of multiple sexual attacks on women he followed on an e-scooter in the French city of Grenoble.
