Patek Philippe president Thierry Stern says he is not anxious about the prospects for top-end timepieces, despite Swiss watch exports overall slowing after three years of spectacular growth. Stern tells AFP "the big brands such as Patek, Rolex... don't really have a problem" during the Geneva watch fair, which brings together 54 major brands at Swiss watchmaking's landmark annual event.
