"I waited for six hours to get a loaf of bread" says a Palestinian after buying subsidised bread from a bakery in northern Gaza as fresh supplies from the WFP entered the heavily blockaded area. "When Israel prevented us from getting flour, we started eating corn and barley, until it reached the point where we had to eat some animal feed" says a fellow Gazan still in the queue.
