China's Chery Automobile and Spain's Ebro-EV Motors have agreed a deal for the Chinese company to set up its first European factory in Barcelona, the Spanish government says, with Industry Minister Jordi Hereu hailing the deal "as excellent news for Catalan and Spanish industry."
