Description
On the roof of Berlin Cathedral, a landmark building in the German capital, new scaffolding has been erected around the tambour. This circular structure that supports the cathedral's dome is showing major signs of deterioration, with holes, cracks and peeling layers of sandstone. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
