Images of Willemstad and retail stores on the island of Curacao as it hopes to revive trade with Venezuela. Venezuela used to account for 60% of trade within Curacao's free economic zone, playing a significant role in its economy.
Together with the other two neighbouring archipelagos, Aruba and Bonaire, there was an average trade exchange of between $200 and $300 million per year with Venezuela between 2010 and 2019. IMAGES
