The Australia High Commission in central London has been rebranded as Bluey House in recognition of the huge global popularity of the animated children's TV show and its titular character, an Australian cattle dog known as a Blue Heeler. Since making its debut in 2018, the Australian export is now broadcast in more than 60 countries and was viewed for more than 43.9 billion minutes on streaming service Disney+ in 2023. For 24 hours the Australian diplomatic building was renamed and even flew Bluey flags alongside the state and territory flags of Australia. The Guardian newspaper has described the show as "arguably the best television series in the world”. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
