An American delegation made up of bipartisan members of Congress hold a press conference in Kyiv after US lawmakers adopted a long-stalled package of aid to Ukraine worth $61 billion. "This is newsworthy. This is historic" says Madeleine Dean Cunnane. The package was passed on Saturday after months of infighting in Congress and comes as Ukrainian forces struggle with a critical shortage of munitions on the battlefield and air defences to protect civilians from Russian strikes.
