Ecuador's police recaptured Fabricio Colon Pico, an 'iconic' gang leader, says Interior Minister Monica Palencia during a press conference in Quito. Pico, leader of the Los Lobos gang and one of the country's most wanted men was originally arrested in January on charges of kidnapping and plotting to assassinate Ecuador's attorney general Diana Salazar, who has led a campaign against drug gangs.
