Newly appointed Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze meets her counterpart Dmytro Kuleba in Kyiv, who says Ukraine's drive to return men living abroad is "fair". Ukraine recently passed a mobilisation law has that lowers the fighting age and toughens penalties against draft dodgers. It has also said it will stop issuing new passports abroad to some military-aged men under the new legislation, and has suspended consular services for men aged 18 to 60 living abroad.
