1,900 border guards and police officers will be assigned to the Paris airports during the Olympics to strengthen and streamline border controls, declared Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin at the end of a meeting at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, where he discussed the security and fluidity of airport hubs in the run-up to the Olympic Games.
