Britain's conservative Prime Minister Rishi Sunak says "it's disappointing" as Labour party makes significant gains in local by-elections, with more results still to come. On a visit to a passing-out parade of Parachute Regiment troops at a military base in northern England, Sunak says he remains "focused completely on the job at hand" despite the results for his party.
