Brazil's President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva confirms that the floods in the Southern state of Rio Grande do Sul left 35 people dead and 74 missing. "We want to send our solidarity to the families, to the people of Rio Grande do Sul," says the Brazilian leader after a meeting with the Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida at the Planalto Palace in Brasilia.
