As forecasts anticipate another night of rain, the streets of Porto Alegre continue to be submerged, posing challenges for stranded residents attempting to return home. Residents Johnny and Juliano step forward to volunteer, using their pick-up truck to assist others in reaching their homes before nightfall. "If everyone helps, it can be solved," says Azevedo.
