Rescuers are working hard in Sarandi neighborhood in Porto Alegre to evacuate people trapped in the massive floods that impacted the Southern city of Brazil. "We remove people blocked in second floor and third floor of houses" says the sergeant da Rocha after firefighters removed people stranded on roofs as volunteers bring boats or jet-ski to help navigate amid flooded streets.
