Residents of Porto Alegre's Floresta neighborhood are worried as flooding continues to rise. "This morning we woke up and the water had reached here in front of my house and it continues to rise little by little," says resident Neucir Carmo. Authorities in southern Brazil continue to rescue people from raging floods and mudslides in what has become the region's biggest climate disaster, with at least 78 people killed and 115,000 forced to flee their homes.
