Vehicles and residents get stuck after roads have been washed out near the Afghan village of Sheikh Jalal. Heavy rains caused flash flooding in several provinces, which killed hundreds in northern Afghanistan. Efforts to deliver aid are hampered by destruction to roads and bridges wrought when the floods ripped through the province. IMAGES
