"Behind the screen, there's a drought" : a flash action by some of the behind-the-scenes cinema workers sees them unfurl a banner from the top of the Palais des Festivals just before the opening ceremony of the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Their aim: to express their concern about the new unemployment insurance compensation rules, which they believe will make their jobs even more precarious, even though they do not have the status of intermittent workers in the entertainment industry.
