In DR Congo's capital Kinshasa, a day after the army said it had thwarted a "coup attempt", questions abound. "I don't think that in a sovereign state in the middle of the capital, in the town centre, that assailants can storm a minister's house or the Palais de la Nation without the authorities being informed," says Joel Bumba, a resident.
