Three NGOs and eight victims of climate change have lodged a complaint against French oil giant TotalEnergies, its directors and shareholders, accused of manslaughter and damaging biodiversity. "We're asking the judges to save the world," explains Claire Nouvian, founding director of the oceans NGO Bloom, outside the Paris Magistrates' Court.
