Measuring 2.17 metres tall and with a bulb weighing over 100 kilos, a Belgian garden displays an example of a rare Arum titan plant, also known as "titan's penis". Usually found in Sumatra, Indonesia, the plant also blooms every few years at the Meise Botanical Garden. It is known for its very strong smell, "a bit like garbage that has been left out in the sun for too long", says Manon Van Hoye, head of communications at the garden.
