FILE images of the villages of Voskepar ('Ashaghi Askipara' in Azeri) and Baghanis ('Baghanis Ayrum' in Azeri) which are among four border villages that Armenia is returning to Azerbaijan, having seized them decades ago, officials in Yerevan and Baku say. The move marks a major breakthrough towards reaching a comprehensive peace agreement, which both Baku and Yerevan have said is within their reach, after years of fruitless internationally-mediated talks.
