Yerevan residents speak out against the return of four Armenian border villages to Azerbaijan. "This is a direct violation of the Constitution of Armenia, because the constitution sets out what methods should be used to carry out demarcation and delimitation," says Gagik Voskanyan, a chemical engieer. Armenia returned to Azerbaijan four border villages it seized decades ago -- a key step towards normalising ties between the historic rivals.
