Residents of Azerbaijan's capital comment on the return of four border villages Yerevan seized decades ago. Student Elgun Rustamli says "the return of their historical lands to Azerbaijani people is a new success of our state." Elkhan Aliyev, another resident, says that "this is a great, joyful moment." The move, which has sparked protracted protests in Armenia, represents an important step towards reaching a comprehensive peace agreement after years of fruitless talks mediated by Russia and Western countries.
