The Islamic scholar Tariq Ramadan who was acquitted of charges of rape last year by a Swiss court, is back before the judges after the public prosecutor's office and the plaintiff appealed his acquittal. Ramadan arrives at court shortly after 08:30 (06:30 GMT), surrounded by his lawyers.
