Description
A Russian court rejects an appeal by imprisoned dissident Oleg Orlov -- serving 2.5 years for denouncing Moscow's military actions in Ukraine -- to be removed from Moscow's infamous "foreign agent" list. Orlov, who is 71 and co-chair of Nobel Prize-winning group Memorial, was put on the infamous list ahead of his sentencing in February for criticising the Ukraine offensive in an interview with French media. Orlov took part in the hearing via video link from his prison in Syzran, some 750 kilometres (465 miles) southeast of Moscow. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
