Vahid Haghanian, a former commander in Iran's Revolutionary Guards who is under US sanctions, Tehran Mayor Ali Reza Zakani and Iranian MP Masoud Pezeshkian register their candidacy for next month's presidential election at the interior ministry in Tehran.
