Sudanese chef Fadi Moufid prepares local dishes in a kitchen at 'Kush Children's Village' restaurant in Cairo, owned by fellow entrepreneur Julie Samir who share one aim on their menu: winning over Egyptian tastebuds with the spices of Sudanese cuisine.
