Tensions rise at a polling station in the center of the capital Mexico City as people queue for hours in the sun. The queue is at a special polling station for people who are not at the address where they are registered to vote, with only 1,000 ballots available meaning often lengthy queues. "They are now saying there aren't any ballots left. I don't think it's fair, it's a lack of respect," says one voter who has been queueing for five hours. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
