South Africa's President Cyril Ramaphosa and other senior members of the ruling African National Congress (ANC) arrive at and attend internal party talks at a hotel in Boksburg, just outside of Johannesburg, to decide how to form a government, after the party failed to win an outright majority in last week's general election.
