Russians on the streets of Moscow shrug off new US sanctions on dollar and euro trading. Tour guide Valery Strakhov says "All that I own is inside the Russian Federation... I don't travel abroad, I don't do that at all and I don't plan to."
In the latest major financial punishment over Moscow's full-scale military offensive on Ukraine, the United States announced Wednesday it was sanctioning Moscow Exchange, the country's main stock market and foreign currency clearing house.
