Swiss President Viola Amherd and Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis say that it could be possible for Russian President Vladimir Putin to travel to possible future peace talks with Ukraine despite an arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Putin. "If the presence of a statesman is necessary for a conference, then you can make an exception," Amherd says at a press conference after a first summit on peace in Ukraine in the Swiss Burgenstock.
