For Venezuelans Emikar Calderas and Migdalia Rodriguez, working as international referees at major football events has long been a "dream" -- a dream that will now come true, as they have been selected to work at this year's Olympic Games in Paris and the Copa America in the United States, respectively. Rodriguez was selected from a team of 89 referees and will be one of the first female referees at the Copa America.
