California firefighters tackle the Post Fire, the state's biggest blaze of the year so far, just north of Los Angeles. "We've had very wet winters ... But in the summertime, we don't get rain here, and it dries out," says a spokesman for the Los Angeles County Fire Department. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
