China accuses the United States of "spreading false information" after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Beijing's support for Russia's defense industry was prolonging the war and "has to stop." Speaking in Beijing, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lin Jian said: "We resolutely oppose the United States spreading false information without any evidence and passing the blame onto China."
