Waves of devastating drone and missile attacks by Russian forces have again crippled Ukrainian power plants, causing blackouts and forcing Ukrainians to plan for the worst. Anastasiya Kyslinska, the director of Spilno School in Kyiv, says solar panels allow them to charge power banks and laptops while also keeping the lights on.
