"I know a lot of people who give proxies, I think a lot more people are involved in these elections," explains Cannelle Galibert, who came to the police station in the XIIᵉ arrondissement of Paris to have her voting proxy validated for the early parliamentary elections on 30 June and 7 July. Dozens of other people were queuing at the entrance to the police station, all surprised by the speed of the validation process, which took just a few seconds.
