Mexican security forces carry out an operation in an upscale neighborhood of Boca del Rio, near the port of Veracruz, where they seized at least 200 firearms. Veracruz, on Mexico's Gulf coast, is known as being a route for drug traffickers to transport their cargo toward the United States.
