The decision by the Paris Court of Appeal to send the Swiss Islamologist Tariq Ramadan on trial for the rape of three women and to dismiss the case of a fourth woman is "a slap in the face to the judiciary and its credibility", said Laure Heinich, a lawyer representing two of the complainants.
