The ruling Mongolian People's Party (MPP) has won the highest percentage of votes in Saturday's parliamentary election, the General Election Commission of Mongolia tells reporters at a press conference in the capital Ulaanbaatar. The chairman of the Commission, Purevee Delgernaran, did not announce how many seats the MPP had won.
