Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announces what he is calling 'a new era' with the creation of 'a new European political faction' which he says will change European politics. Speaking alongside Austria's far-right Freedom Party and the Czech ANO party in Vienna, he says the new alliance will be presented as 'Patriots for Europe' and will 'need support from parties from four other countries to be recognised.'
