Ganna Fesenko, a postwoman working in war-torn eastern Ukraine, admits that despite feeling scared, she believes her work to be vital. "I always tell everyone that I believe in you, we'll meet again. And that's every month, thank God," says Fesenko. Since the Kremlin launched its invasion in February 2022, four employees working for Ukraine's postal service have been killed.
